Bidding will be held Saturday evening, May 3rd, from 6:00 to 10:30 pm. The silent auction will officially close at the start of the live auction, at 8:00 pm. Items will be awarded to the highest bidder and will be available for collection Saturday night. Attending bidders should go to the check-out desk at the end of the evening to collect their bills and items. Please retirn bidding paddles at check-out. Attending bidders must pay for items won that evening. Checks, cash and credit cards will be accepted for payment. If payment is not received, the Committee reserves the right to award the item to the next highest bidder. All sales are final and everything will be sold “as is.” PS372 is not responsible for items donated. It is the bidder’s responsibility to arrange dates for any services to be rendered in the future with the donar. Unless stated otherwise, all items and services must be rendered within one year.
